For a bottle and closure, provide the complete neck-finish specification and intended seal; a nominal diameter alone does not establish compatibility. Include the product, filling conditions and dispensing requirement so Stockpack can review the enquiry against the proposed packaging combination.

Request representative samples for the checks that matter to your application. Assess closure fit, leakage, label position and the way the filled pack is stored and handled. A pouch enquiry should identify whether filling is through an open top or a spout, together with the proposed sealing or capping method. Where packaging will touch food, confirm the intended use and request the relevant food-contact material information.
